we were asked to design a scale model of a chosen shoe and we were suppose to make an exact replica of that chosen shoe out of triplex board, bellow is the process, testing ,fails and early modelling stages
failed attempts
the first shoe choice for a shoe was a boot, the shoe was coming along great as you can see the soul of the shoe was very accurate but the problem came when i was supposed to replicate the top of the shoe, as you can see on image 3 the shoe was starting to look terrible because of the difficult curves

this shoe was more accurate than the first one, but the overall part 1 of the project was a success

for part two of the project we were required to make a sectional view of the shoe and below are the imaged of the half cut view
this is a sectional view of the shoe that I initially made, basically the inner workings of the shoe and how it was constructed
Triplex tool part
for the third part of this project we were required to make a mold for the shoe, because i have been working on triplex for all this time and i am familiar with the material, this project was a bit more easier to make, but material constrain forced a rushed process
